Serray Homes – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Serray Homes is designed to provide dependable performance and long-lasting durability in your kitchen. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Serray warrants that its cookware products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product by the original purchaser.

If a Serray Homes product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, Serray will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component so that it conforms to its original specifications.

Replacement products may be provided in place of repair if the original product is no longer available.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship

  • Failure of cookware components under normal household use

Serray will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product or part when the defect has been verified.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Use in commercial, restaurant, or non-household environments

  • Overheating, improper heating, or use inconsistent with product care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear including scratches, stains, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Use of incompatible accessories or attachments not recommended by Serray

This warranty becomes void if the product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized parties or if replacement parts other than those supplied by Serray have been used.

Proof of Purchase

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase showing the purchase date is required. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for future reference.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Serray Home during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team.

When submitting a claim, please include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if requested)

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement where applicable.

Warranty Limitation

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole express warranty provided by Serray Home. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty where permitted by applicable law.

Serray shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
